Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for a client's project is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Code Rivals retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and case studies.

Code Rivals will make reasonable efforts to deliver services as agreed, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
